£2,500

External rebrand cost avoided

The complete website rebrand was delivered in-house instead of accepting an external agency quotation.

2

Recurring subscriptions removed

Paid WordPress plugins and the previous link-in-bio platform were replaced with owned, purpose-built solutions.

3–5 hrs

Manual administration removed

At least three to five hours previously spent on repetitive administrative tasks were eliminated through connected internal workflows.

4

Growth systems connected

The website, social visibility, SEO and GEO, and lead capture now reinforce one another.

Market-value estimates use the conservative lower end of UAE SME custom-website redesign benchmarks and are not presented as cash savings. Direct savings are based on an external supplier quotation and eliminated subscriptions. Time savings are conservative estimates based on the previous manual workflow.

Project evidence

Role

In-house digital strategy and rebrand lead across positioning, information architecture, visual direction, custom build, SEO, GEO, forms and connected workflows.

Context

An established UAE entertainment business needed one coherent digital system across multiple service lines and audiences.

Timeline

2026 rebrand, with continuing optimisation and workflow development.

Current status

Live website and operational digital system in active use.

Evidence

Supplier quotation, subscription records and process review support the cost and time-saving figures shown in this case study.

01 / The challenge

A broad service offering across live entertainment, background music, in-store media, AV and hosted events needed to feel like one credible company rather than a set of disconnected services.

02 / The response

I led the website strategy, information architecture, service positioning, visual direction, forms, structured data and search foundations, then extended the system into artist and client workflows.

Design principles
  1. 01Lead with the full business proposition
  2. 02Give each audience a clear route
  3. 03Connect marketing to operations
  4. 04Build credibility through specific service proof
03 / The outcome

Delivering the website rebrand in-house avoided a quoted £2,500 external agency fee. Replacing paid WordPress plugins and the previous link-in-bio platform removed two recurring subscriptions, while connected internal workflows now save approximately three to five hours of repetitive administration every week. The wider system has improved visibility and discoverability, strengthened SEO and GEO presence, improved lead capture and interest in the company’s services, connected marketing activity to internal operations and given the business ownership of systems previously dependent on paid third-party tools.
